- Suitable for Vocalists, Producers, Engineers, Musicians etc looking for a regular space to Write, Record or Mix.

- Rent includes access to gear, instruments & seperate isolated vocal booth. Rooms are acoustically treated with A/C & wifi.

- There is also a monitor & controls in the vocal room so vocalists can easily record themselves. You just need your own laptop to plug in and record on and you’re good to go.
